Team bag hers’ project is to create handmade bags out of recycled clothes from an opp-shop while also heat pressing some designs onto plain handmade bags to bring in the design aspect of it, (Don't be afraid of full stops!) this project will be put into place for the experience in design to make a useful portfolio and to challenge ourselves as designers and topossiblymake a profit. (No possibly, it's either an aim or it isn't. How much profit?)
Our marketing strategy will be focusing on younger groups of people such as ‘hipsters’ or young teens while also pressing on the idea that these bags are environmentally friendly making it appealing to all ages. (Why would your product appeal to hipsters specifically? What is a hipster? You also need to describe your designs/style in detail)
Our team members will be individually making these bags giving a variety of styles and ideas between them. Each team member must make at least 15+ bags to meet the quote mark for the profit amount. (What was the profit amount?)
Our bags will be the same size as A4 canvas bags with a variety of two straps, one long shoulder strap and a small back pack. (Some ideas listed below)

We have until week nine to produce these products then have two weeks to sell them, our schedule will include a week of advertisement before the product release to get the word out (What kind of advertisements? Online? Word of mouth? Posters?), continuous internet sales throughout the 2 weeks (Which website/s? Ebay?) and a good 3 days dedicated to selling these bags at either a park, a stall or the AIT campus (Which of these three have you picked? No 'eithers'. If a park or stall, WHICH park or stall?). Each team member must do their part and participate in these events.
Our budget will be strictly $150, each spending $50 on fabrics, sowing equipment and heat prints because of the low price of all of these items we expect a large amount of clothes. (Give an example of the low prices and materials to be used)
Our equipment will be obtained by local opp-shops such as the Red Cross and st Vinnie’s (What's local?), our head presses will be bought from spotlight or online. (As shown below)

Each person must keep a running total on their funds and post it on the feed to keep the team updated, each member will be in charge of their $50 and how they spend it. We aim to make a profit of at least $50.
We plan to sell the bags at $3-$5 (price may change if popular) (How would price change? Go up or down?) each depending on the popularity of the print keeping them affordable for everyday people. Giving us a total amount of bags to sell to make back what we spent of 50 (for $3) or 30 (for $5).
Our key limits are time and money, a way we will try to overcome the issue of money is finding the cheapest materials available in the opp-shops. We plan to keep a running total. The limit of time will be overcome by a schedule of at least a few bags made a day so we can keep on top of this project.
Team bag her will not be offering any kind of warranty or return on these items, nor will we provide unpaid delivery over the internet that will be paid for by the customer.
Overall we plan for this project to be a successful one and hope that the profit goal is obtained. Good exclusions.
Does it need any improvement? thanks.
