Product
T-Shirt Design
we are going to buy T-shirt from some local shop or import them from overseas.


Firstly, We have to research where we can buy cheap t-shirts that are still good quality.

Then, We have a discussion. Which materials we are going to use because it will
affect the design in term of colours and size as we do not have too much budget.


We source for information on the materials and prices, which fit with our design. A design not always comes with a good design but with a good budget that make the customers willing to pay to wear it with proud .That is how to makes them want to buy .

All members find a time and make a meeting for plans and discuss on the design and quality.
For our group , is a little complicated we do not have much free time ,so we need to source for information , we will source al needed information at home and bring it to the meeting , so it will save us the time to research in AIT.

Having a meet once or twice a week, calculation/price will sometimes be done during lunch or dinner.

We also set out the job assessment for each group member to complete each given tasks.

When the t-shirt reached in our hand, we will have start to inform and ask for permission from AIT to sell our product.

Before the day we sell, we have to make a promoting poster to promote the t-shirt and on facebook we posts the t-shirt design.

On that day, we prepare of selling; setting up the place, show product, smile and get some money

Aim
One of our aim is to make profit from this T-shirt project, but our main aim is to try
show customers our style of design that make them feels proud of what they wear.


Cause
T-shirt is very common in this country, as every person need to wear something.
T-shirt is easy to patch with any fashion design. We were thinking if we could make a t-shirt with a great design combine with realistic ideas that can bring out the uniqueness that gives us a great competitive level with other groups that are designing t-shirt.


Key Limits
Printing T-shirt is expensive, so we looking to print the T-shirt from Overseas. But at the same time we are looking to support the local printing business.
We need to put in the fact that shipment time may get delay if there is any seasons festivals happen on that time. Communicating with email and ordering online may be difficult as we are not able to see the quality and oversee the process of what the final product will look like?

As we have only budget of $150, we had to work within this amount that makes us pretty tight on the budget, but we are looking to other alternative to increase the sales and profits.



Exclusions
we are not going to sell our products outside AIT
we try to do some online advertisement through facebook and word of mouth from friends.

Deliverable
we search for resources in Australia/China to make products.
After finish, we would ask for permission to promote the event.
During the events, we position our at a good place to set up and sell the products.

We wish to make the profit with our designed T-shirt Design.

We are looking for suppliers in Sydney and in Overseas.
After all the comparison , we have chosen to produce it in Australia of a company called mabuzi .It is to show support Local business in Australia.
Our aim is to design a product that can let the customer to feel proud of wearing it . which also to let our project make the profit with designed T-shirt.
This project aim to reach the customers expectation: New ,nice, Designed T-shirt

We think this is an excellent opportunity for us to start and develop our design skills. We have chosen to do designed t-shirt, which is we want to intergrate products that we uses in our daily life.

We have many limits in this projects.

There are some factors we needs to focus on which are
• Supplier - If we chose to produce overseas , we are unable to oversee the production process , quality of the t-shirt and make also get delay with the shipping that can caused us not to able to finish the project in time.
• Pricing - Not to be too expensive or cheap , making sure it is affordable
• Sales - we also try to take orders before the production , more orders will decrease the production costs
• Marketing - using online as a platform to reach more potential customers
• Resources -knowledge in this sector is very limited as we do not have much contacts in this industry .

Another factor is also important which is the timing, as we are students, we have a lot of other assessments and works and we need to work efficient with time and and we have less than 10 weeks to complete this project.
Each of the team members has different timetable which make things more difficult to find the time to meet/work together. But because of this difficult , this lets us to meet up during lunch time and other free time to discuss on the project.




With the budget, we only have $150 to work with for this project, To design and produce a t-shirt in Sydney is much more expensive than overseas.

Do not overspend more than $150 for this project.

Do not Exceed the submission time-limit (required by teacher)

Do not use the designed work without authorization from the person

we aslo try to take orders before the printing , as we collect payment for the orders , this will allows us to increase production numbers and sales that will help us in decreasing the production costs and increase our budget amount at the same time.
We will be selling the t-shirt made of Cotton Surf ,selling at the price of $30 each unit and 2 units for $50.
We are looking to get sales through online and word of mouth. We start to received orders before production , so we can know and meet the demands .
