Executive Summary:
Our project is going to make an E-bay online business store and selling evening dresses on it. We are going to set up an online business store that you can easily find on E-bay. The main reason why we choose this product as our small project is that all of our team members are all interested in E-bay and online business and we are good at doing this. The other reasons are such like E-bay its easier to organise and we don’t have to spend lots of money to buy materials.
Our target audience is anyone who’d like to go evening events such as party, ball and cocktail. For those guys our evening dresses will be the best option, because our dresses looks beautiful and we are selling it for a lower price, and for us, our goal is to sell as much dresses as we can during the 2 weeks.

Project Statement
The team name: double girls. The reason why we decided to use double girls as our team name is because there are two girls in our team.


The Project:
The main goal for our product is making as much profit as we can and E-bay its easier to organise and we don’t have to spend lots of money to buy materials, also we hope that everyone who buys our dresses will be happy with our product as well. To begin with our online business we need to create an E-bay account, after that we need to establish an online store so we will be able to sell our products online, at the same time we need to looking for a evening dress supplier, for us we decided to find a supplier overseas, because its cheaper refers to human resources (pays are low for workers who made this dress) and exchange rate (the exchange rate between RMB and AUD). After all of these things are done then we need to take some pictures about the dresses, obviously we need some modals to wear those dresses and then take pictures. Then we are reaching the final step, which is to set up our prices and put those sample pictures on our online store.
The main reason that why we think this product will end up with the best result (max profit) is the exchange rate. For many other groups if they are buying materials with AUD the profit they can make is their income minus outcome, but for us, because our supplier is at overseas, so that means we only use RMB to buy those dresses and selling them with AUD, so what does that mean? That means for us, our profit will be income minus outcome then times six point five, as we can see for today’s exchange rate 1 AUD = 6.5 RMB, that’s the main reason why we think that this product will be success.


Target Audience
Our main target audience will be those people who like to go to some evening events, such as office ladies, university students etc, and their age range will be from 25-40. For our target audience their income range should be around 1000 AUD per week, because we are selling the dresses around 100 AUD each, so it won’t be an issue for them.

To begin with our online business we need to create an E-bay account, after that we need to establish an online store so we will be able to sell our products online, at the same time we need to looking for a evening dress supplier,( you MUST already have at least one chosen store name and put down the name, you already contacted them and have contact details and have the dresses ready photographed in the forum)

we decided to find a supplier overseas define specifically which country, because its cheaper why cheaper? compargin to what pric,e the clothes plus import cost

After all of these things are done then we need to take some pictures about the dresses, obviously we need some modals to wear those dresses (you need to have contact information about the models you have chosen, and by week 8 you should already have them photographed for the document)and then take pictures. Then we are reaching the final step, which is to set up our prices and put those sample pictures on our online store.

That means for us, our profit will be income minus outcome then times six point five,(skip explaining here about income minus outcome but put it in a table with lables and diagrams instead) as we can see for today’s exchange rate 1 AUD = 6.5 RMB, that’s the main reason why we think that this product will be success.
