We are really to enjoy to playing game and last semester we had participate in 2 games competitions and we think we can do better than that.Furthermore we want everyone have fun with our project.

-Paper Model
It really good to turn a paper into a awesome model example GUNDAM model and we think it creative and challenge.

Service
-Photo Studio
We believe everyone can have great photos like in a fashion magazine.The great photos are not depend on model but it is up to skill of photographer.That mean we can provide your fashion photographs.

Performance
-Turn you into 2D Cartoon (Drawing)
Some of our members are good at drawing and This is a good change for customer to turn yourself into 2D character.

- While making clip and poster, other our team members making tickets and prize.

- We'll not setup register fees in high price, Low price is easy to make people join to competition and we not high cost for equipment that why we can making low price.

- After finished the clip & poster, Poster will show on madboard in AIT and clip we'll asking AIT for put on JIVI.

Equipments:

- Room + computers for competition in AIT
By contract with Kelvin for booking a room and we already speak with kelvin about software install and he said we can't install a game in any computer at school :p but we can have a competition with a game that don't need installation requirement (example a game that just drag and drop a whole folder in the computer and playable)
and the room that mostly suitable for us at school is should be C10 because there has a lot of computer more than another room.

This is really depend on a game that we going to make a competition but for a PC game like Dota and counter strike we already have it.

for Wii we can borrow it from Mint (a AIT student)
for PS3 we will borrow it from Mai (a AIT student)

* Last semester we have seen few game competitions and we want to make it better.

The think that we thing our project going to success is "we already survey and analysis what the most wanted from AIT people".
so where are the results, what are ther esults, and what are your special WEAPON in marketing or competition difference?

I want to make AIT people extremely pump up their adrenaline in the game competition and even the audience also excite because we going to have a narrator for make it fun.

talk about profit aim, aim of numbers of joinig competitions or how can you make sure they come (collecting half of the money first, or collecting most of the money first?, how many games or which game you aim to get to play specifically as a group decision of what you like?




Cause:

* Because we are interested in games so that why we choose a game competition project.

We already know how can we get resource and this is a good opportunity to make this project.

Key Limits:

* A man who can fixed the console hardware in a case of hardware breaking down.

We can not look after more than 1 room because we only have only 3 people
members.

We can't put a lot of money on this project we can only spend no more than 20 dollar per person.

exclusions would not include problems, but would include things like not allowing students that have class during that time to play, not allowing outsiders, or teachers to play, team members can't join, the type of prize is about giving them a percentage for their buck, so fo rplaying they pay a dollar, but can get back up to 50 dollars etc.

Deliverables:

* Making a questionnaire and survey at AIT after that we will decide the game that we going to make a competition for 1 week.

We will spend 2-3 for design a logo.

Looking for resource about 1 week.

Talking with Kelvin for booking a TV , Room or install a game .

Promote a game competition for 2 weeks before a game competition.

Game competition for 1 or 2 weeks depending on a game that we going to competition.
