The Team

(1) Product/Service Description
Our product is a Game Event. We would sell tickets to game players to our game event . And we also prepare a great prize for the final winner. We may invite 20+ persons to join this Game event. Also, we will choose the game that is very popular currently. The winner will get a great reward by their high level technique. It is also a sense of achievement that they can get.
(2) Aims/Goals/Objectives
Our goal is to make profit from providing a safe and friendly arena for tournament participants to compete in. We aim to provide a safe environment in which the participant can have fun and engage in friendly competition.
(3) Cause (Justification of project & Target Audience Description)
Video games have dramatically increased in popularity in recent years and you can find competent first person shooter players among both sexes and from as young as ten to as old as 50. This makes it a subject that most people can relate to and competitive gameplay is a major aspect of many enjoyable games.

(4) Key Limits (Parameters of the Project)
Our key limits.
First, We only have 2 weeks to be doing the event, and in this 2 weeks, it’s just goes like maybe 2 nights per week.
Second, we have limit budget, from 4 of members, and also depend on how many of people to join in the event.
Third, we only have design soft ware using skills, also we don’t know anyone who is own a property big enough to host this event.
Then, we only have 4 team members, which means we can’t put our event over control by 4 people, also 4 of us haven’t got any of the experience for event before.
(5) Exclusions (Identify and discuss assumptions)
Follow by the key limits, so our event is not going to have:
Because of different class time and other issues, we can’t hold student too long or too often.
We may not host more than 60 player in to our game, because we only have 4 people to manage them, and also hard to find a room can be hold that mount of people.

This is the content for the proposal let me know if you want to discuss the details.

We of team Good Game are organising a first person shooter tournament for AIT students and teachers and we would like to utilise the facilities at AIT to accommodate this tournament. The facilities refers to rooms in which to conduct the tournament, computers on which the game program can be run and the student lounge for refreshments. The tournament will be held on 13th of May, starting 5:30-6:00 PM, this coincides with the end of week nine of the current semester. We feel this is an appropriate time so as not to disturb college classes.

The tournament will run for approximately 2hrs with a short break in the middle, during this break the participants will be escorted to the student lounge for refreshments. We are estimating a turn out of 30-50 students/teachers. This estimate put the number of rooms required in the range of 1-2.

The game program will be supplied to the sponsor 2-4 weeks before the date set for the event, this is to provide the sponsor enough time to set-up to their discretion.

In return for this sponsorship Team Good Game are willing to place the sponsors logo on any advertising used to promote this event. Planned forms of advertising are poster ads placed on notice boards, a short movie and Intranet advertisement. Also Team Good Game will be filming the event and would be willing to provide the sponsor with a copy to use in the own capacity.



THIS AGREEMENT is made on,

BETWEEN:
(1) Academy of Information Technology

(2) Team Good Game: Conan, David, Nan and Shelly

Both parties understand and agree to the following:

1) The sponsor will provide the location, which includes rooms and computers and access to the student lounge for the duration of the tournament.

2) -Sponsorship recognition: Team Good Game will that the sponsors logo and a memo of recognition are present on all attempts to disseminate knowledge about the event mentioned in this agreement.
-Event film: Team Good Game will provide the sponsor with a copy of the video taken, during the event mentioned in this agreement, and will not impose any restrictions on its use.

3) -Team Good Game will take responsibility for damages caused by the provided software.
-Damages caused, during the event mentioned in this agreement, to the equipment supplied by the sponsor, will be the responsibility of the individual who caused the damage.

4) Photo evidence will be taken to ensure that the location's condition is in sufficient condition to host the event and to ensure that the location is left in an equivalent condition.

5) Team Good Game also recognise the sponsors right to appoint a representative to oversee the event mentioned in this agreement.

Hi guys before you put in the proposal, I think you should do your research and find out EXACTLY how many people is going to come,
and also have a quick meeting with Ed to ask if you are allowed to have the games on the computers and what games are you going to put on

if it is an online game and it is free, I think there will be no problem, the only thing is persuading FRANZ to let us install them temporarily, and finding someone with the TIME to do that

if not you might need to move your location to an internet cafe, in which I don't think it's as big of a problem

places like City Hunter, did a project for use a year ago, usually if you advertise them and pay them as per their normal rates or a little higher they definitely will let you guys use the venue

I love the design of the certificate, but there are a couple of logistical errors;

Firstly my name is spelt Conan,

Secondly if your going to add a signature from an AIT representative make it Edward Keller, he's the Managing Director. Ed is the one we dealt with to organize this event not veronica, kay.

And thirdly, yeah the date needs to be the twentieth day.
