Product

1. Our team is going to hire the owner shop for one day and invite people to join in table game competition.we help that owner to promote their shop.
2. we want to target audience is from age 16-40.
3. service team.
4. It's a kind of agency and we want to do in the owner shop.
5. promote location: university campus,Chinatown,town hall,AIT.
competition location: in dexion st.
6. we will prepare marketing promotion skills and we gonna design poster for our owner shop.
send some flayers in promotion location,send the competition message on each popular forum.



Aim
1. Our aim is to get profit,$10 for each person, around 30people or up in one day. help the owner to promote their shop,learning how to work together,manage a small business efficiently.how to run the business.
2. in this project, we should do lots of prepare work and must be pay a patience,communication is very important to work in a group.make us work in a team.
3. it can give our target audience relax environment, Convenient.



Cause
1. make friends,relax in their leisure time.the owner have many competitors around his shop,and his business is in low ebb period, so he wants us to hold table game competition to promote their shop.
2. now, lots of people get more and more pressure come from their work,study,and their life.



Key Limits
1. We need design skills, marketing skill,organization skills,communication skills.
2. We need to prepare everything for all stages
3. our competition place in Dexion st, time: statuary, our team members do the service in the shop.
4. our team members have different strength, so we gonna do as best as we can.
5. Budget is $200



Exclusions
1. no enough promotion.
2. have 5 people in our team, it is difficult to choose same idea

I designed the poster for our Sanguosha table game competition.

We had a team meeting during small project class Tuesday week 11,which covered following issues.

1) On 25th MAY, tomorrow, we'll go to shop around 12:00p.m., all team-members will set up the shop environment before customers come.

2) we confirmed each persons' job:
win, jessie and sunny gonna serve customers, daniella will mark customers and perform cash handling, donnie will take general control.

*3) if we don't have enough customers, win go to street that front of shop to send flyer.


for some reason our team member,sunny,she didn't join in us. but i emailed her after class.

we gonna have competition tomorrow, so exciting!
