PRODUCT
1.Our team is going hold a indoor soccer competition at Mascot for 3 days during and after christmas holiday
-30 players, 6 teams, 5 players for each team
2.Our team's target audience are our friends who play indoor soccer frequently

AIM
1.Learning how to work well with partners, how to communicate each other so that we can do our project smoothly
2.Gain 100-200 dollars profit with 100 dollars budget
3. This project started because we thought that even during the Christmas break,people still need exercises and sports to do


CAUSE
1.Men like sports,especially teenagers and adults who need to keep their body fit
2.We can get the team's costume easily in sports store or borrowing from our friends with paying some fees
3.We already have many friends that play indoor soccer, so this is an opportunity for us to gain a lot of profit


KEY LIMITS
1.We need to investigate every details about the transport cost,training costume cost
2.We need to book the indoor court 3-4 days before, and negotiate to make sure we get the courts available


EXCLUSION
1.we're not going to buy the balls because the owner already provide us the balls
2.we're not going to hold the competition on other day beside sunday because most of our friends's free times are on Sunday
3.This competition is made for AIT student and our friends only to minimize the risk that’s why we’re using poster and facebook for our advertisement tools.


DELIVERABLES
1.promote our competition 2 weeks before so that we can arrange everything correctly
2.Talk to the owner privately to book the courts
3.Vests are provided by David Setio (acquaintance of marcelino,the leader of Kaskus Sydney FC)
for free as long as we wash it properly
4. The competition will be started on 1,8, and 15 January

What place do you prefer to play indoor soccer?
- 15 out of 20 chose Mascot court because it's close enough for most of the correspondent
- 5 out of 20 chose Sydney University court because it's bigger than Mascot

During what time do you prefer it to be held?
- 13 chose between 3-6 pm
- 5 chose between 6-9 pm
- 2 chose between 11am-3pm

What day do you like to play indoor soccer?
- 18 out of 20 chose Sunday (because most of the correspondent likely available during sunday)
- 2 out of 20 chose both saturday and sunday

How do you like the team to be decided?
- all 20 chose a random drawing for all of the team

How many minutes do you like to play for?
-14 chose 12 minutes every round
-3 chose 7 minutes every round
-3 chose 10 minutes every round

this is what i'm gonna do for invitation..
usually we can gather about 20 person or more on sunday..
that's how i did my survey..
i can also try to invite players of mascot team(which is considered as the best team)

as for advertising our contest,we originally choose facebook and jivi,and we will stick some posters around the college..
we will close the registration as we get the first 30 people..
the registration fee will be:20 bucks/person..
one team prize will be:100 bucks
so that means the winner will get a free play+20 bucks..
we will also give the statistic record about top goal scorer,top assist,MVP,and cool pictures + games highlights..

hi guys..
we've got a little problem here about the court availability..
last time i contacted the owner,he said that we can play,but due to some reasons,the courts won't open..
they said that they only have several costumers,so that they cancelled to open on first january..

hereby we will start the competition 1 week late..
so that means the competition will be held on 8,15,22 January..
