Executive Summary:
Our project is going to make an anime event. This event isn’t for real product as we can see, it’s a party which will gather people who love ACG. It should be relevant offering game and show about ACG. We plan to sell the ticket of this event as much as we can.
Our target audience is anyone who loves ACG. There are 3 main parts of this event. First, this event will gather our customers who love ACG, they can make friend in it. Second, we will have many games about ACG, everyone will enjoy it, and we will present the prize to the winner. Third, we will have some anime dance or cosplay show in this event.
Primary goals:
1. Find supplier and place.
2. Cooperate with some website and newspaper, and propagate it.
3. Design logo, poster and Leaflet.
4. it’s main for the ACG fans from China.

Additional goals
1. Make a friendly environment and let people can make friend in this event
2. Design some funny game about ACG, and let everyone can enjoy it.
3. Prepare some prizes.
4. Find some performers who can show the anime dance or cosplay.

Project Statement
The Team:

ACG fans, A for animetion, C for comic, G for game. because everyone in the team loves ACG, and our target audiences is main for ACG fans(age group is 80'90', main activity give fans a communication chance).
As we said , we love "ACG", so, we decide do something about ACG.

The Project:
i.This event it’s a party which will gather people who love ACG.
We plan to sell the ticket of this event as much as we can.
ii.
1. Find supplier and place.(we found a supplier is 6 park, they are international student web site. location is in city close to chinatown)
2. Design logo, poster leaflet and ticket.
3. Cooperate with some website and newspaper, and propagate it.(website is 6park.com)

iii. Apart from gaining budget and subject requirement, the project give ACG FANS a chance to communication.
iv. Reasons you think it will be successful (refer to a researched section in the appendix and conclude the following),

Every year will hold anime event in Sydney, and it always successful.
example: In Sydney in Austria has a smash anime pary in AUG every year, supplier is "6park com".
b.Our customer not only can enjoy the show, but also can join the game, they can have fun. And we also have the powerful propaganda; we will cooperate with some famous website (such as 6park) .

c.Our game part is strong, one of our goal is let everyone in the event can join the game(balance game,take photoes), can make friend.

12:00 o'clock every stuff must come to the Bond restaurant do the preparation. The restaurant will close between 12:00- 1:00pm. We will have 1 hour to get everything ready.

After 4:00pm we have another 1 hour to clean the whole place.We need to finish the cleaning as fast as we can.

There are there types of tickets

1, Pre-order Ticket 10 dollers for each person
2, At door Ticket 15 dollers for each person
3, Group Ticket 80 dollers for 8 person

If you order group tickets, you can have your own seat and table. And you can also order any food that the restaurant can provide.

There are only 6 tables avalible for group tickets, and there were already 3 were taken! So have to move fast if you want to buy group tickets!

For the audience didn't purchased the group ticket, we still provide a special menu which list all different kinds of soft drinks and some snack dishes. ( May not provide seat or table)

And There are ONLY around 50 pre-order tickets left!

Anyone ,who joins any game section or join the cosplay competition during the party, may win a valueble prize. Include :Free Latest Movie Tickets, 50 dollers value internet cafe' gift card, Free annual anti-virus software or Japanese anime character accessories. There will be many prize waitting for you.

On september the 7th, all team member meet the sponcers again.The meeting were focus on more detail topics:

1, On september the 15th. 4 days before the party, Yawen will go to Bond Restaurant do the Video and sound equipment preperation and final check.

2, On the performance day, the Restaurant will close 1 hour before our party start, to give us time to do the preperation.

3, On that day there will be a table for sponcers. They also pay the entry as group ticket prize.

4, There will be a empty room for performance people preparing and rest.

5, There will be 3 tables put into storage room for leaving the stage more spaces.

6, The restaurant will also provide 2 waiters at that day.

7, The restaurant encharge to make a different menu for the audience who don't seat infront of table.

8, The restaurant may provide a free soft drink for each audience( But still be considering and need to be confirmed)

We start selling ticket from 10th September 2010 to 18th september 2010 as Pre-Order Price(10 dollers for each person).

And we sell ticket on 19th september 2010 as At Door Ticket Price( 15 dollers for each person).
