Because all of us are girls, we are going to sell girl's accessories and stationery. That includes pens, staplers, and earring and so on.
Our mean target audience is student. Students use stationery a lot, so we think some normal stationery is easy to sell and the price is Okay. The 5 of us like girls accessories very much and we do get lots of information about this part, then we think of maybe many other girls like it as we do, so we put accessories in our project plan. The target audience in our plan is very large, it can be boys who want to buy their girlfriends some cute and beautiful accessories, can be students who want to have some useful stationery, can be girls who want to make they look better.
Because of what we are going to sell, the industries of our group just focus on product and service. A good service is very important of selling things. If we want to sell well, we must have nice attitude to our guests. I have the confident about this part in our group and I believe it can get better in the process of learning. I think our competitors maybe are some groups, which are selling the same kind of products; however, I didn’t find them out yet. So far, I just know there was a group selling chains last semester, I don’t know the exactly outstanding achievement of them, but it said that well.
Selling accessories and stationery is just a small business. The best location so far we have decided is in our school. School is the most convenient place for us and it satisfied the requirements of our target audience. We just need to get our products to school and ask a place as a shop. All the accessories and stationery are from China, some of them provided by our friends. They are all new and we will make the price acceptable. We picked them personally and the quality is Okay.
(2) Aims/Goals/ObjectivesAIM:
At first, our aim is sell accessories and some cute stationary in school, however, during the prepare material, we found we need overcome lots of difficult, so solving each problem we have is becoming our each aim.
We never sell anything in daily life, so we don't know how to sell, how to communicate with customers.
We don't know where we can get the original product, by discussion; we decide to get them from china, because it's cheap and choicer for us. But how to transport here, there is an other problem for us. And during the transport, how can we keep these accessories and stationery well? We need overcome such problems such as.
We did not have any selling experience before, so we did not have enough confidence to do it well.
Selling is teamwork, team members have their own work, but we also need work together, talk about our own opinion, so having a nice teamwork is a very important thing.
Following these problems, overcome all of them is our aims, but just selling product.
Solve problems:
Before selling, each of team member will learn how to have a good communication with customers, how to fresh our product, how to sell our product. And we will search on Internet or book to learn some sale skills and look for some experience and increase our confidence. We also need design a post for our product to attract more customers.
During the transportation, we will do our best to protect our product and avoid destroying them. So we can offer more perfect product for customers.
I think when we work in a team, we team member need open-minded to listen and learn to others. We also need talk more individual opinion and solve problems together.
We have too many aims to come true in this small business, and we need do it from trifle. Everything is new for us; we will overcome each problem step by step. At last, our main aim is that solving problems what we have in this small project.
(3) Cause (Justification of project & Target Audience Description)We are selling some girl's accessories and stationary at school, there are lots of students who have to use stationary every day. It’s easy to sell. Our small business’s target audience is for students; some products are suitable for girls. We are using many times research information online before choosing products. Through the gather and analysis of data, we conclude that the results and puts forward the problems that exist:
● How much will it cost? Comparative price online
● How long will products take?
● The products in our group are all from China
● How important it is to get the products to their destinations quickly
● How much each option costs
● The nature of the product e.g. is it expensive? Heavy?
● We need a stagy to show our products.
Research does not guarantee success but can help to reduce the risk. The results of research are more expensive of transport and some problems about purchasing products. Firstly, we have more expensive of transport; therefore we need control the cost of products. Through the research we find out a few postal companies, we consider them transport price, reliability, time control. The air transport used mainly for international transport. It’s expensive but fast over long distances. And a part of product we can uses which already exists, another part of purchasing online. Secondly, we are choosing purchasing online the reason for we consider the cost and the product categories buying less concentrated. The purchasing is important part in this business. That’s must buy the right number of items at the right quality, at the right time for the right price, and have them delivered to the right place. We need a stagy to buy our products, we choosing place in school, cause of the student have big demand and usage rates for stationary. We must motive for buying and consumer psycho graphical. We choose the product exteriors are innovative. The consumer can used cute and fun exterior of product. And we need not pay money to school that can reduces the costs. The biggest problem is the transport. It's a long distance to get here so some of our products may get broken and it's hard to find so many different kinds of useful things.

The main skill of our project is communication skill. We as a seller have to sell our products to customers, we have to help them find things that they need or want. Also good communication skill could create a happy atmosphere between sellers and customers, make customers buy our products with pleasure. We have five girls in our team and both like to talk to others. We both have communication skill and very good attitude to customers. We are going to sell accessories and stationery that are girls’ staffs. It’s a good chance because our team members are all girls, we can communicate with customers much easier.
2. We need to know everything about our products
Our team is selling products; we must get know about our product, because we need able to introduce our products to customers and sell them to make profits. Know everything about our products not only know the prices of them, also know how to use them, their functions, their feature and so on. We are going to label each type of these products and take some examples to try for deep knowing of our products.
3. We have already found the place where we'll buy our products
To do a selling service, the most important thing is finding your products. For many selling service and team, it takes a very long time to find place to get the right product. In our team, two of our members have experiences of selling accessories and stationery, so we have already found the place where we’ll buy our products. This helps us save lots of time, we will get more time on choosing products; understand our products, making advertisements or other staffs.
4. Each person in our team is girl, we both like to sell and introduce girl's accessories and stationery
Each person in our team is girl is very good for our selling service. Girl both likes accessories and stationery, because they are pretty and cute. Girls love pretty and cute staffs. Also we love to share these with our friends and customers. Also we use accessories and stationery every day; we are like to sell them with a pleasure.
5. Our budget is $150
Because we have already found the place to buy our products, it saves money to search or choose shop. Our budget now is $150, every $30 each person. The cost of accessories and stationery is not very high, so our budget is not very much.
(5) Exclusions (Identify and discuss assumptions)1. Which we don’t have as a team is Accounting skills; in our term all of the members didn’t learn anything about accounting. To resolve this problem one of our team members needs to learn some Accounting skill, at least we need know how it works to let our team to get profits. Because we can’t learn from beginning; so we can read some books and also can ask some of our friends who knows well about Accounting So that we can learn useful knowledge and save time
2. We are selling Accessories and Stationery; in Stationery we selling pens notebook but rule and eraser are not included.
(6) Deliverables (Key Milestones)1. The big main steps to our team are buying products part and selling part. Because buying item in Sydney is expensive so we decide to buying stuff from internet the stuff from China is cheaper than here. But we also need to take the risk when the item is shipping it may get broken. And we also need to pay the shipping fee. For selling part we must try sell as much as we can, so we can get our cost back and make some profits. So we need to set the price very carefully; we need to make sure that customers can accept our price and we can also make money.
